Stacked for Success
Before we split our hives, we stack them to assess the colony's strength and ensure they’re thriving. Boxes are added—typically brood boxes or supers—to give the bees space to build, store nectar, and grow.
This temporary stacking helps equalize resources and population between colonies, making the upcoming split smoother and more successful.
Once the hives are well-balanced and thriving, we carefully divide them, creating strong, healthy new colonies.

Brood Boosters
Pollen patties are a protein-rich supplement used to feed honeybees. They support brood production and colony strength, especially in early spring or times of low natural pollen. Beekeepers place them directly in the hive to boost bee nutrition and overall health.
In beekeeping, brood refers to the developing young bees inside the hive.

The Bee Suit
Each day begins and ends with the gentle hum of the hive, a sound that wraps the mind in focus and peace.
Working alongside the bees, we learn the art of patience, the beauty in small things, and the rhythm of quiet purpose. This steady flow shapes not only our work but the way we see the world.
The bee suit, a perfect harmony of protection and comfort, shields you as you move through the hives—so you can lose yourself in the bees, not the buzz.

Handcrafted Hives
We’re committed to giving our bees a safe, thriving home—crafted with care, reclaimed wood, and a deep respect for nature.
Each year, we rebuild and renew hives as needed, repurposing wood to reduce waste and nurture the land. Every handcrafted hive is more than just shelter; it’s a promise of care and harmony.
